RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept a return of any item (not a firearm) within 30 days of its purchase that is in its "original packaging" and is accompanied by a receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all "in stock" returned items and a 40% restocking fee will be assessed on all "special ordered" returned items.
*This does not include ammunition, batteries, liquids, solvents or other hazardous items. We will not accept returns of these items.
**Credit card purchases will be credited for the receipt amount less stocking fees. Cash/check purchases will be given In Store Credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly exchange any items purchased (not a firearm) within 30 days that is in its "original packaging" and is accompanied by a receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all "in stock" exchanged items and a 40% restocking fee will be assessed on all "special ordered" exchange items.
*This does not include ammunition, batteries, liquids, solvents or other hazardous items. We will not accept exchanges of these items.
**Exchanges can be made for items similar in nature only, i.e., "holster for a holster.' If the exchanged item cost is less than the new item, the difference will be paid by customer. If the exchanged item costs more than the new item the difference will given to the customer in the form of In Store Credit. (No cash will be returned.)
